Jake joins the team at Hockey Horizons as our Lead Advisor in off-ice training. As a former hockey player himself, Jacob immediately attended Washington State University with a Bachelor in Exercise Science and a Bachelor of Arts in History.
Upon graduation, he returned to Seattle to pursue a career in fitness training as well as injury recovery fitness therapy. Jacob works for IRG Physical Therapy as a Physician Liaison and is the Vice-President of the Archbishop Murphy Alumni Board.
Jacob's will be working with Hockey Horizon's players with the implementation and execution of both their in season and off-season physical training regime. He is on the cutting edge of his field and has developed and designed hockey specific training plans exclusively for our players. His passion to work with hockey players in assisting with providing them with a specific, individualized strength and fitness plan is unparalleled.
Jacob enjoys spending quality time with his family, being outdoors, and playing various sports especially golf.
