About you

As a Mental Performance Advisor with Hockey Horizons, you will be involved with the clients in your country. You will draw on your experiences and expertise within your realm of psychology and athletic performance to provide your student athletes with the mental tools they need to succeed. 

What you'll do

You will be part of the Hockey Horizons team of advisors who will assist players in developing to their maximum potential.

You will both meet with and interview clients and develop a season long plan with them with the goal of instilling positive attributes on their mental approach to training and competing. 

​

You will work with your hockey advisors to assist each player in their advancement and will provide the necessary information to hockey advisors to assist them with each players success curve.

​

You will be a resource for your clients to provide them with advice via email, telephone, text and other communication platforms.

​

Part of the position requires you to periodically blog about an aspect of the game that may be beneficial to our site followers.

This position requires you to have completed you university education in the field of psychology and are currently licensed in your country to practice psychiatry or psychology. Mental Performance Advisors must be able to navigate the company website and have a base knowledge of communication skills.
