Our mission is to get players to the next level. It's what gets us out of bed in the morning and it's what has us up late at night. We love what we do.

There is nothing more rewarding to a player than making the team you set your sights on making. The gratification of having a coach see your improvements and rewarding you with additional ice time is equally as exciting. While we, as former players, who lived through the trials of hockey, don't get to celebrate those accomplishments anymore, we still get to celebrate. When our players make that team they wanted to or get recruited to a level they set their sights on, we get to high-five.
