You are a self-motivated evaluator of talent with a deep wealth of knowledge and experience in the sport of hockey who has a proven track record of client acquisition and business development.
As a Recruiter with Hockey Horizons, you will be involved with the day-to-day recruitment of players and their families. You will draw from your experiences and connections in hockey to open opportunities for the client base you develop for our advisors.
What you'll do
You will be on the front lines of lead generation of potential clients.
Talent assessment and client acquisition is the foundation of your work. Your knowledge of the Hockey Horizons methods and plan implementation will be essential towards player recruitment.
Your current Roledex of players and willingness to build your database of players will be extremely valuable to both yourself and the company.
You will be the frontline resource for potential clients and will provide them with the information needed to seek our assistance with their hockey plans.
Part of the position requires you to periodically blog about an aspect of the game that may be beneficial to our site followers.

This position requires at least 4+ years of player evaluation at the 14U level and above. Recruiters must be able to navigate the company website and have a base knowledge of communication skills.
