"Rosco" joins Hockey Horizons as one of the most experienced people in the field of academic advisement in North America. He was the first Educational Advisor in the BCHL.
His duties include overseeing all educational activities the players take part in, whether it be applying for post-secondary schools, or aligning the high school-aged players with the local secondary school.
Ross is also an NCAA Policy Advisor not only to hockey players but to all college bound Student Athletes who are in search of an NCAA Scholarship.

In joining the Hockey Horizons team of advisory specialists, Ross will provide our players and parents with pertinent information regarding the entry and qualification standards and compliance for the NCAA, ACHA and CIS (Canada). He will also be available to speak to our families about the trials of academic achievement and help navigate you through the ever changing academic landscape facing all players today.
As the only Academic Advisor to the Global Sports Camps for the past 28 years, Rosco has worked alongside Hockey Horizons founder, Mike Butters and the two share the same passion for assisting players.

Rosco spends his "free" time as an avid lover of golf where he builds and repairs golf clubs.
