On the go workout

We all have those days where you might be to busy with life to make it to your respective gyms or workout facilities. Just because we are busy with school, work, or social obligations doesn't mean we can't fit in our workout for the day! In fact as an elite athlete I encourage you to have the mindset of never skipping a workout day if it can be helped. Below you will find a great home workout that requires no equipment or very little equipment. Feel free to message me if you have questions about the workout.

1) Lateral Squats 3x12

2) Reverse Jackknife Pushup 3x12

3) Reverse Lunges with slider 3x12

3) Lateral single leg hop with hold 3xover 15-20 ft down and back 4) Core Side Plank 3x1 min each side

5) Bent over T, V, W

6) Glute Bridges
